A powerful sweaty yoga class designed to open up the areas that a CrossFit Athlete (or any athlete) holds tension, energy and tightness. When we open these tight areas, we allow our bodies to become more stable which prevents injuries. We release pain held in the body from training and increase range of motion. Hence, we improve overall performance. As a CrossFit student, teacher and lover, I recognize how much our shoulders, hips and hamstrings are used and how important they are to our workouts. I bring this knowledge and passion to leading a Yoga for CrossFit class.
