When we develop consciousness in how we move from one moment in our existence to the next we really start building the life we want to live. Budokon Yoga is a transition based style, where instead of focusing of the alignment of the “static” poses, the focus is on how to enter and exit each asana to create the perfect balance. As we flow you through portions of the Budokon Yoga primary series, we’ll look at special ways to move our bodies to create a more powerful yoga practice (and a more powerful life!).
