Join us on the 71st anniversary of D-Day with a vinyasa flow designed especially for Vets. Our newest teacher, CJ, a war veteran himself, will be leading this powerful flow.

It will strengthen your posture, center your mind and increase concentration. It promotes injury recovery and therapy.
