Yoga for Golf Performance will focus on Stability, Flexibility, Focus & Balance.  The Series of specific yoga poses will work the areas of the golfers body directly related to their golf performance - their swing, balance, alignment & focus.  When the golfer learns to stand balancing & integrating their center, they can recruit more muscle for function while using less energy.  This will enhance their power and control.  By strengthening the upper back & shoulder girdle, they are able to move more efficiently and reduce risk of overuse injuries as well as low back pain.
