The harmonzing effects of yin yoga bring a deep sense of connection to body and soul.  This class begins with meditative, yet challenging yin, and follows by a gentle yang (or vinyasa) flow. Join us for this 90 minute class, which culminates with a rejuvenating pranayama practice.
