This workshop, led by Carleena Lara, is designed to help you uncover your heart's deepest longing. What hurdles are you encountering right now? What does your heart desire in the midst of life? This workshop will help you receive some clarity around what your heart is calling for in order to set a clear intention for your life's goals and dreams. You will gain tools on how to manifest your dreams through excavation, journaling and meditation.
This class will culminate with a 30 minute guided meditation, called Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra®. Divine Sleep is done entirely in savasana, or whatever comfy pose you love. Your only 'work' is to lay down, get comfy and follow along to Carleena's voice!
