Do you feel pulled in a illion directions? Is it hard to stay present? This 60 minute workshop will focus on mediation techniques that you can use to you ground you in your everyday life. You will walk away with various techniques for your toolbox. No meditation experience necessary. Wear comfortable cloths and bring a pen and a journal.
