Times: 7pm to 8:15pm every Sunday with Michael
The perfect practice for drawing the weekend to a restful close, this 75 minute gently heated class is designed to move you from gentle flow into restoration and rejuvenation with intentionally softer movement woven into the healing power of stillness. You will be given an access to mindful presence through breath and movement; gently warming, balancing and strengthening the body and then moving slowly into a restorative surrender and deep rest. Join us, for our week's end practice Sunday evenings and wake up on Monday mornings rested and energized to flow into the week ahead!
