This workshop will give you the tools you need to stand confidently and safely on your hands. We will break down the alignment in arm balances and inverted postures such as side crow, koundinyasana, headstand, and handstand. This workshop reviews overall wrist health, strength building exercises and skills work (like learning to fall safely!) that you can use to up your game.
This workshop is for all levels of student. Come prepared for new possibilities in your practice! Pre-registration is strongly encouraged as space is very limited.
