SHINE Power Yoga Class Descriptions
GENTLE VINYASA FLOW
This Candlelight Class will be a more gentle flow, with focus on breath and movement that releases stress & stuck energy. It will be lightly heated to a comfortable temperature. Beautiful music, Beautiful atmosphere, Beautiful Manifestations.
Community Yoga is an all levels Power Yoga class, just like every other! The only difference is the price. It is taught by certified Teachers. You must be 14 years old for this practice. It is priced $10 Cash or Credit. Yoga Mats are extra.
What’s Next? This class will focus on taking our SHINE Power Yoga Sequence to the next step. For example, did you know that adding an arm bind to your Side Angle Pose can lead to Bound Half Moon into Bird of Paradise and back to where you started? Let’s experience the “What’s Next” in a powerful, grounded and accessible way! We recommend you have experienced 10 prior Power Yoga classes before taking this class.
POWER YOGA 60
This 60 minute practice moves vigorously to create heat & opening in the body, it is a complete practice. It is inspired by the teachings of Baron Baptiste. It is for all levels of student.
POWER YOGA 75
This 75 minute practice for all levels of student. You will experience a complete practice & we encourage the usage of blocks & straps. This practice is inspired by the teachings of Baron Baptiste. Spend a little extra time in hip openings that lead to a restorative Savasana at the end.
SHINE DEEP HOT STRETCH
A 60 or 75 minutes class that warms the connective tissue of your body with modified Sun Salutations. You will explore the depths of flexibility with long asana holds (between 1-5 minutes) Our focus is to "un-do" built up tension and stress (physical & emotional) and "reset" to a peaceful mind and body! Appropriate for all levels.

This class is enhanced by using a yoga wheel, creating a different approach to energetic release. This class is fun, unique and appropriate for all levels. Please note that space is limited in wheel classes. Wheels will go to those pre-registered, first come first serve.
SHINE POWER YOGA VIBES
60 or 75 Minutes of fun filled SHINE yoga with creative variations that go with a funky musical beat!
SHINE VIBES TEENS
60 minutes of fun filled SHINE yoga with less sun salutations and more play time! Classes go with a funky musical beat and are only $10!
SHINE YOGA STRONG
This is a 60 or 75 minutes challenging Power Yoga class that adds hand weights. You will recognize the yoga flow, it will be easy to follow. You will strength train in a whole new way! Be ready to sweat. This class is recommended for all levels of student.
Power yoga foundations
Each week the teacher will focus on a particular pose or part of the sequence. Classes will move a bit slower so you have time to ask questions and learn the basics of alignment in postures, such as how to do Chattaranga or Warrior I vs. Warrior II. This is for all levels of student.
FLOW & RESTORE
You will be given an access to mindful presence through breath and movement; gently warming, balancing and strengthening the body and then moving slowly into a restorative surrender and deep rest.
