40 Days to Personal Revolution Program asks YOU to take time for YOU. In a group setting each week you will learn tools through the power of yoga, meditation, nutrition and journaling to uncover the healthy, balanced lifestyle you want! These tools will transform your life and allow you to uncover what has been holding you back. After 40 days of choosing to put your health first physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually you will feel the transformation from the inside- out!

Program Includes:
- Weekly meeting with yoga, meditation and group discussions
- Weekly yoga & meditation resources
- Handouts and additional resources that correlate to each weeks theme
- Post Meeting Email Recap
- Celebration yoga practice & potluck

Weekly meet ups will be Sundays 12:00 -2:00pm.
12:00-1:00pm Yoga Practice
1:00-2:00pm Meeting
The last session will be a Celebration yoga practice & potluck on Friday February 16 at 4:30pm followed by potluck celebration!

* if you have any conflicting dates please know you will still receive support from your leaders + group. You will have the resources available to continue anything you may have missed.

Booking : Pre-registration is required. Two options for booking $99 Program Only or $199 Program and Daily in studio yoga for 40 days!!
Once you register you will need to purchase the book: 40 Days to Personal Revolution by Baron Baptiste & have a journal or note book to write in!

SHINE Business Policy for events/workshops/masterclass is no refund is given if canceled within 24 hours of start of program.  NO refunds are given back to credit cards/cash and all will be applied to the clients account for future use.
