SHINE Studio Policies

Class Time Integrity

• Classes begin exactly at the scheduled start time. Please arrive before class begins.

• Once doors are locked, late entry isn’t permitted.

• Please do not knock or attempt to enter after class starts, as it disrupts students and teachers.

Cancellations (Regular Classes)

• If you can’t attend, cancel at least 5 minutes before class so the credit returns to your account. Call or Email immediately for assistance.

• Late cancellations/no-shows will not be credited back.

Refunds & Credits

• All refunds are issued as SHINE account credit for future purchases.

• We do not issue refunds back to credit cards or as cash.

Processing Fees

• Any payment processing fees incurred due to student error will be charged to the student.

• There is a $25 processing fee per transaction for declined credit cards.

Donation-Based Classes/Events

• Final sale. Donation classes are not refundable.

Events / Workshops / Masterclasses

• No refunds if canceled within 24 hours of the start time.

• No refunds to credit cards or cash; any approved adjustments are applied as SHINE account credit.

Membership Cancellations

• To cancel, email wanda@shinepoweryoga.com 14 days prior to your next billing date.

Waivers & Sign-In

• All students must have a signed waiver on file before participating in class.

• Please sign in at the front desk before entering the studio space — this ensures your attendance is recorded and supports class safety and insurance requirements.

• If you’re new to SHINE, please arrive a few minutes early to complete your waiver and get oriented.
