Nature to Nurture (Hike & Yoga)
Nature to Nurture is an invitation to slow down, step outside, and reconnect both with the natural world and with yourself. Led by John, this experience blends mindful movement, breath, and intentional time in nature, including a guided one-hour hike designed to ground the body and clear the mind.
The hike will move at an accessible, steady pace, allowing space to breathe deeply, notice your surroundings, and settle into the rhythm of walking outdoors. (The exact location will be shared prior to the event.) After the hike, we’ll return to the Medford studio for intentional movement inspired by nature—supporting the body in opening, softening, and allowing the nervous system to unwind.

Chakra Balancing Event
Join Kelly on Thursday, April 30th for a special one night event designed to balance your seven Chakras. We will begin with a short five minute Bija Mantra Meditation. Afterwards, participants will make their way into Savasana position where you will be comfortably guided through a Chakra balancing meditation, infused with healing Reiki energy. To seal the practice you will then be whisked away on a sound journey to the tune of crystal singing bowls, rainstick and wind chimes. You will leave the studio feeling relaxed and balanced. To experience this transformative journey all you need to do is lie comfortably on your mat.
BYO mat, dress comfortably and feel free to bring anything that will make you feel more comfortable (ex. light blanket, eye mask, bolster for under your knees).
Kelly traveled to Sedona, Arizona in 2024 and 2025 for her Reiki and Chakra Balancing certifications and is excited to share this immersive experience with you.

Kids Yoga Series is Back!
Join us Tuesday nights from 6:15–7:15 PM for our 6-Week Kids Yoga Series, designed just for ages 5–8.
Each class includes an hour of mindfulness, movement, play, and creativity to help kids build confidence, focus, and joy through yoga. Led by Miss Jenna, who loves sharing yoga with students of all ages, this special series creates a fun and supportive space for young yogis to move, breathe, and shine.

Yin Yoga Training 2026!
SHINE POWER YOGA — YIN TRAINING 2026
Deepen your understanding of Yin Yoga with our 3-Week Yin Training at SHINE Power Yoga. This course is designed to be accessible and easy to fit into your schedule, meeting one day per week for three weeks.
Unlike a full Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), which covers many styles and the broad foundations of teaching yoga, this course is specifically focused on Yin Yoga. It allows us to go deeper into the theory, anatomy, philosophy, and sequencing unique to Yin, offering a more detailed exploration of this slow, meditative practice.
You do not need to already be a yoga teacher to participate. This training is open to anyone who wants to deepen their personal practice, expand their knowledge of Yin Yoga, or explore teaching.

Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses.
It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. This is contrast to a Yang yoga practice such as Vinyasa yoga which targets the muscles.

Burr..to..Burn Hike & Yoga
Shake off the winter chill and turn it into fuel. Join John for a Sunday Hike + Slow Burn Yoga experience designed to wake up your body, clear your mind, and leave you glowing from the inside out.

Join Audrey and Kathryn for Hands + Heart, a deeply nurturing 90-minute yoga experience honoring the Winter Solstice — the pause between darkness and light, and an invitation to come home to yourself.
Through intentional movement, hands-on assists, and live music, you’ll be guided to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your inner rhythm. This class blends the mindful flow of a slow vinyasa with the deep release of a stretch practice — designed to ground your energy and open your heart to connection and community.
Audrey will lead you through the practice with her steady presence and soothing voice, while Kathryn offers supportive, heart-centered assists throughout (if hamasa is present). For those who prefer not to receive physical touch, Kathryn will hold space and share energetic healing throughout the room — honoring all ways of receiving care.
