Four Week Series 8AM Thursdays in Maple Shade: 
April 25, May 2, May 9, May 16

Join Wanda for a four week series of Heated Pilates (floor work based) using bands, straps & pilates rings.  The room will be heated to 95 degrees to promote muscle warmth as we work thru low intensity Pilates Body Work.  Wanda is a Certified Level III Pilates Teacher who loves to layer the mat pilates series with standing movement work for an exhilarating sweaty practice!

Shine Power Yoga’s 200 hour YTT is a powerful & transformational program that takes place over the course of six months.  Our program provides YOU the opportunity to enrich your yoga practice & understanding of yoga. This training also goes beyond the physical practice of yoga and allows space to connect deeper to yourself on a spiritual & emotional level. You will be led by Shine Power Yoga Leadership Team who will provide a safe space for learning, connection & growth. The Leadership Team is committed to support your journey on & off your yoga mat. This training is open to all and does not require any previous trainings/experience.

40 Days To Personal Revolution 2024!

This Powerful Program is based off the book by Baron Baptiste, 40 Days to Personal Revolution.  You will explore and create new habits around exercise, meditation, nutrition and behaviors.  Taryn & Ruth will be leading this program and meeting will be in Medford each Sunday at Noon starting with a one hour practice, followed by a one hour meeting.  There are two options to purchase $99 which is the program only or $199 Which is the program and unlimited yoga (one class a day) for the 40 days!

After enrollment you will need to purchase the book "40 Days to Personal Revolution" by Baron Baptiste and read the forward before the first meeting.  Additional, we recommend a journal to write in (get away from computer).
