200 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
STARTS JANUARY 8, 2027
Shine Power Yoga’s 200-Hour YTT is a powerful and transformational program spanning six months. Our program offers YOU the opportunity to deepen your yoga practice and understanding. Beyond the physical aspects of yoga, this training provides a safe space for spiritual and emotional connection. Guided by Shine Power Yoga’s Leadership Team, you will experience a supportive environment for learning, connection, and growth. Shine Power Yoga is dedicated to supporting your journey both on and off the mat. Open to all, this training requires no previous experience or training.
During the course of six months, you will build a strong foundation in:
