Step into spring feeling grounded, supported, and strong with Julia’s 6-week Chair Yoga series at SHINE. This thoughtfully designed practice is accessible for all levels and bodies, offering a gentle and empowering way to build strength, improve flexibility, and support balance and mobility—without needing to get up and down from the floor.
Each class is guided in a calm, encouraging environment where breath, mindful movement, and ease come together to support both the body and nervous system. Whether you’re new to yoga, returning after time away, or looking for a supportive and sustainable practice, Chair Yoga offers a welcoming space to move and feel good in your body.
Chairs and props are provided, and your registration includes all six sessions, allowing you to build consistency and confidence over time. Space is limited to keep the experience personal—early registration is encouraged.
