Step into your practice feeling grounded, supported, and strong with Julia’s 6-week Chair Yoga series at SHINE. This thoughtfully designed practice is accessible for all levels and bodies, offering a gentle and empowering way to build strength, improve flexibility, and support balance and mobility—without needing to get up and down from the floor.
Each class is guided in a calm, encouraging environment where breath and mindful movement come together to support both your body and nervous system. Whether you are new to yoga, returning after time away, or looking for a sustainable practice, Chair Yoga creates a welcoming space to move and feel good in your body.
Chairs and props are provided. Your registration includes all six sessions, giving you the opportunity to build consistency and confidence over time. Space is limited to keep the experience personal—early registration is encouraged.
