Yin Yoga works gently yet powerfully through passive, longer-held postures that target the deepest layers of the body — the connective tissues, ligaments, joints, bones, fascia, and the energetic meridian pathways.
Unlike a Yang-style practice like Vinyasa, which activates and strengthens muscles, Yin invites you to settle, surrender, and listen.
