Living a healthy and fit lifestyle has always been an important part of my life. Growing up I was a competitive gymnast, and I always enjoyed helping teach young and new gymnasts. As an adult I found that yoga was a great way to reconnect with my gymnastic days. I had tried different styles of yoga then one day I attended a Baptiste Yoga Class and I fell in love! It wasn’t long after that I signed up for the RYT 200 Program.
I started yoga to help with stress, anxiety, panic attacks and recovery. In 2013 I did my 200 hour teacher training at Anjali Power Yoga. I have been teaching at Shine Power Yoga since it opened. It is a place to teach and to learn.
I am on the leadership team facilitating teacher trainings as a Mentor and a Shine Ambassador. I have also attended Level One Baptiste Training and Level Two Baptiste Training. I have a heart for service and helping others!
