Join Wanda for a special Heated Pilates (floor work based) using bands, straps & pilates rings in MEDFORD! The room will be heated to 95 degrees to promote muscle warmth as we work thru low intensity Pilates Body Work. Wanda is a Certified Level III Pilates Teacher who loves to layer the mat pilates series with standing movement work for an exhilarating sweaty practice!
